Joe Biden Questioners asked to read from script. One of them refuses to follow rules.

This election cycle has new surprises everyday. One day President Trump picks a fight. The next day, Joe Biden reveals why he should retire, instead of  running for president. 

The other day Mr. Biden visited Kenosha and had a small community meeting. Participants were presented as speaking for themselves, but were privately given scripts to read from. However, one of them decided to go off script saying “I was told to go off this paper, but I will not …” (something like that).  This is so funny, as it makes it seems as though Joe Biden cannot answer a question he has not heard or seen before. 

Should Joe Biden retire or keep running for President? Should the people be sure he will be running the country?

Remember the many cases where Joe Biden was mocked for reading answers from a script during a live interview on CNN?
